Where Can I Go To Provide A Sample For Testing?

Our office is open Monday-Friday for sample collection even if you are seen via Telemedicine

How will I get my test results via telemedicine

Your physician can discuss your test results after you have submitted a sample in office. Our office staff can mail or email a copy of your test results to you.

What will laboratory testing cost me?

Laboratory testing for preventive services is covered by all insurance. For additional lab testing, please refer to your insurance. Our office can find you lab testing copay.

What if I need to be seen in person after my telemedicine appointment
